We are disabled research, design, and creative practitioners dedicated to building accessible methods that go beyond compliance. Our approach grew out of a year of academic research, based on the voices of 78 disabled creatives in East London, where disabled experience was positioned as expertise rather than deficit.
Crip:Works sits at the intersection of community knowledge and creation, turning lived experience into methods that shape the future.

During hands-on sessions with practical tools, we help build in-house capability, so teams can continue working confidently with disabled creatives and disabled staff long after training ends.
